Happy hump day everyone! Guess what? The first day of fall is Friday, and I’m ready to start pulling out all my favorite long sleeve tops. As you can see from the outfit shown above, I got a little ahead of myself. Today, I decided to throw on this fun, soccer jersey with my favorite distressed denim jeans. You know, the ones I wear in almost every blog post. Not literally, but I do wear them often. Anyway, I really enjoy pairing athletic and casual apparel together. OOTW: Donald Duck Sweatshirt

Hey everyone! I’m back again this week to show off a new OOTW look, created by your truly. To be honest, I was never a fan of Donald Duck growing up. He was a tad too goofy for my personal entertainment. However, he has grown on me over the years. Needless to say, I found all this animated apparel on Forever21’s website, which inspired this entire look. The Donald Duck sweatshirt looks great dressed up with a pair of plaid pants, as shown above. Make sure you dress it back down with your favorite Chuck Taylors. Everyone has bad days, including myself. Some days are worse than others, but hey, that’s life you know? When I’m in a funk, I like to brighten up my wardrobe with some of my favorite colors like yellow and orange. Why yellow and orange? Well, there is no reason to stay gloomy with shades of blue and grey, when you can brighten it up with a few shades of yellow. Case in point, today’s featured look. Straight out of Forever21, you can see this bright yellow varsity shirt from a mile a way. It’s one of those essential buys. I actually styled this shirt with my favorite seer sucker trousers and checkered slip-on vans. Music Monday: Hurricane Tunes

With the first day of autumn right around the corner, we are currently transitioning between seasons. Mother Nature has whipped up a little storm in the sea. On Thursday, Hurricane Florence is scheduled to hit the northeast with strong winds and heavy rain.
