#WIWT Co-ord Set

OMG! I’ve finally found the perfect co-ord set for the summer! This matching, yellow, tropical print tank and shorts set can be found on ASOS for $15. $15?! Yes, it was that cheap. Keep this one on the low though. I’m going to let you in on a little secret. To be completely transparently, I actually purchased this matching set last winter. Why? For one, it’s a lot cheaper to purchase clothing out of season. When you have one of those holiday sales, everything left over from the previous season has been marked down. That being said, I’ve had plenty of time to style this particular look since December. Since this particular co-ord is really bright, I decided to tone it down with my dirty Chuck Taylors and knee high socks. This takes us from the tropics to the basketball court. #WIWT Baseball Jersey

Happy Hump Day everyone! As you can see above, I decided to keep it “real” casual today with this non sports affiliated baseball jersey from Forever21. The jersey itself has a very relaxed fit, and it looks great over a t-shirt or tank. Rather than wearing it a pair shorts, I decided to throw on an old pair of khakis from work. Speaking of work, most of my cowokers wear hiking sandals in the office (I work with a bunch of cool Geographers). Needless to say, they inspired me to get a pair of my own. #WIWT Dress Pants

If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been feeling this dress pants and graphic tee getup for quite some time now. I’m not exactly sure why this particular look is so appealing to me. I guess it’s the 90s appeal. Anyways, I found these wide leg dress pants at my local Goodwill. Wide leg pants are also back in style in this summer. Nevertheless, I decided to style my pants with a graphic tee and Chucks. To accessorize, I tied a navy bandanna around my neck. Ascot anyone? So, how do you feel about this particular look? Guess what? The tie dye trend is back again this summer, and it looks like it’s here to stay for a while. Here I decided to style my thrifted tie dye shirt with a pair of DIY distressed jeans. Tucked in or out, this shirt is an easy transition from 70s to 90s apparel. With the checkered low top vans, you are sure to step out in the crowd. Let’s also not forget to mention the ever so trendy shoe lace belt. Shoe lace belt? Yes! It’s another DIY trick I saw on Pinterest. So, how do you feel about this particular look?
