WIWT: Duster Coat

February 28, 2018

What I’m Wearing
Coat: ASOS | Turtleneck: KOHLS | Jeans: ASOS | Loafers: Thrifted

The duster coat is not your usual winter statement piece. It’s light weight material is best for the fall. Since our temperatures have been mild (With snow), the duster coat is a great alternative to your topcoat. Here I decided to style my full length duster coat with a black turtle neck, distressed jeans, and tassel loafers. Distressed jeans in the winter? I can’t emphasize this enough, but distressed jeans can be worn in the winter. You just have to know when to wear them, temperature wise. As mentioned previously, the temperature has been very mild lately. So, distressed jeans and sock-less shoes are appropriate for this particular look. So, how do you feel about this particular look? What I’m Wearing
Suit: ASOS | Dress Shirt: GAP | Shoes: ASOS

I bet you can’t guess what today is? Here’s a little hint: It is the one day out the year to celebrate any and everything Bryce related. Still confused? Well let me help you out, it’s my thirtieth Birthday! August 11, 1987 marks my arrival on this planet, and I’ve been living it up since the first day. Well, not literally, but you get what I’m trying to say. As shown above, I decided to take a few pointers from Pee-Wee Herman with this pinstripe, tailored shorts suit from ASOS. Accessorized with a fire engine red necktie and leather zip up loafers, this suit looks great over a white dress shirt. Classy, right? Who doesn’t love dressing up on their special day? I do! Thank you for stopping by on this special day.

Enjoy!

WIWT: Bleached Denim

What I’m Wearing
Jeans: Levis | Shirt: GAP | Shoes: Thrifted

Rather than making a few donations this summer, I decided to keep around some of my old denim jeans and attempt a few DIY projects. As you already know, this is not my first or second time dabbling in the creative realm. I actually enjoy experimenting on my clothes quite often, especially with bleach. With that being said, I decided to create these bleached out denim jeans. Styled with a oxford shirt and loafers, the large washed out colors add for a nice rugged touch. Side note, I got a little bleach happy and went a little crazy on both pant legs. Needless to say, the project was still a success. So, how do you feel about this particular look? What I’m Wearing
Jacket: Thrift Store | Shirt: Forever 21 | Jeans: River Island | Loafers: DSW

Last month, I was in the Goodwill minding my own business, and I stumbled across this hidden gem in the corner of my eye. Guess what I found? A brand new moto jacket, and you know I had to grab it. As of today, I’ve worn the jacket a total of ten times. I normally style mine with a sweater or button-down shirt, as shown above. In addition, the jacket looks great with a pair of distressed skinny jeans and loafers. Easy, right? Well, when you are working with thrifted finds, it doesn’t take much to put together a great look. So, how do you feel about this particular outfit? Feel free to share in the comments section below.

See you later,
