WIWT: Moto Jacket

November 15, 2017

What I’m Wearing
Moto Jacket: Forever21  | Sweater: H&M | Cargos: ASOS | Shoes: ASOS

Dressing down a moto jacket is a lot easier than it sounds. For starters, you can combine it with basic essentials like crew-neck t-shirts, sweatshirts, or sweaters. In regards to the featured outfit shown above, I styled my burgundy moto leather jacket with a solid color rib knit sweater from H&M. Although the sweater has more of a relaxed fit in contrast to the fitted jacket, the whole look is pulled together with the addition of the drop crotch cargos. Drop crotch cargos? Yes! You know ASOS is the spot for everything drop crotch related. Even further, the overall color palette is very fall appropriate. The burgundy, black, and khaki compliment each other quite well. WIWT: Camo Rain Jacket

What I’m Wearing
Rain Jacket: ASOS  | T-Shirt: GAP | Jeans: H&M | Shoes: ASOS

I’m so happy that rain jackets are cool again! I recently added a few to my collection, and wanted to start wearing them before the season got a little too chilly. As shown above, I decided to style my hooded, camouflage rain jacket with a monochromatic color scheme. The lighter and dark contrast with the shirt and jeans help bring out the green tones from the jacket. Remember, don’t let a fun pattern intimidate you. Have a little fun with it. I sure did! WIWT: Festival Cape

What I’m Wearing
Cape: ASOS | Tee: ASOS | Jeans: ASOS | Boots: ASOS

The woven festival cape, aka the Poncho, is one of the most in-demand items this season. Regarded as the ultimate statement piece, the festival cape will keep your body warm and comfortable, as it can be worn both indoors and outdoors. Today, I decided to take my own advice and go with a bold option. The featured navy and white festival cape may seem like an odd choice. However, it completely gets the job done! It’s thick, woven fabric has proven full durability. Plus, it looks rather sleek when worn with an all black ensemble. So, how do you feel about this particular look? WIWT: Flannel Shirt Around the Waist

October 25, 2017

What I’m Wearing
Flannel Shirt: Ralph Lauren |Sweatshirt: ASOS | Jeans: H&M | Sneakers: Vans

I know the tied shirt around the waist look has been a little played for quite some time now, but it’s still super appealing to me. The 90s phenomena made such a comeback in 2013, that it was completely watered down the following year. Even still, I love tying an old flannel button-down over a simple solid color sweatshirt, as shown above. This is the perfect transitional outfit for layering, especially between seasons. I also believe that the customized distressed denim skinny jeans and Sk8 Hi Vans are my new favorite combo for the season. In conjunction with the shirt tied around the waist trend, this casual look is practical, yet stylish at the same time. So, how do you feel about this particular look? See Ya,
