Music Monday – Dreamville Festival

Last weekend, everyone on IG was chillin at the Dreamville Festival down in Raleigh, North Carolina. Not familiar? Well, it’s the first big hip-hop festival in NC to break headlines in years! Fayetteville’s finest, rapper J. Cole, put together this event for all the music lovers like myself. That being said, I’m not missing out on any of the fun in 2020. Mo and I will be attending this one (And I hate festivals, but the lineup was sick). If you missed the show, be sure to check out some groovy tunes by all your favorite, featured artists:

  1. “Broken Clocks,” SZA
  2. “Moves,” Big Sean
  3. “MIDDLE CHILD,” J. Cole
  4. “Ride Wit Me,” Nelly
  5. “Rose in Harlem,” Teyana Taylor
  6. “Tribe,” Bas, J. Cole

#WIWT Moto Jacket

What I’m Wearing
Jacket | Shirt | Pants | Sneakers

New season, new leather! Today, I’m back on the blog with another one of my favorites, the brown moto jacket. Rather than styling it with my usual sweatshirt, jeans, and boots, I went down a different path this time. After recently watching the Stranger Things season 3 trailer, I got inspired to put together this 80s inspired get up. Tucking the graphic tee in the wide leg dress pants really set this look off, especially with the moto jacket. There is so much brown in this look, and I’m loving it! Catch you later,

#WIWT Tweed Wool Blazer

What I’m Wearing
Blazer | Shirt | Jeans | Sneaker

There is just so much wool to unpack this season. Ha! I know that was a little corny, but I’m like obsessed with this little Spring wool faze I’m going through. Most of my March looks have incorporated some type of wool, and I can’t get enough of it. Today, I decided to step out in my tweed wool blazer from ASOS. I usually get my blazers from Goodwill, but I found this one on ASOS for dirt cheap. Sticking with all this 80s inspiration, I decided to style my blazer with a fun graphic tee and jeans. Oh, and let’s not forget about the super long belt. All the cool kids have one! So, how do you feel about this particular look? Feel free to share in the comments section below! Thanks for reading!

Outfit of the Week
Shirt | Pants | Sneakers

Just in case you missed it on my Instagram, I’ve been loving all the spring trends. To be more specific, the leopard print is one of my favorite “go-to” fads this season. Take, the outfit shown above, for example. The leopard print shirt looks great with the olive green chinos. This entire look is giving me major feline vibes. Cheesy, I know!
