Every once in a while, I put my creative talents to some good use by experimenting on my old clothes. There’s nothing wrong with adding a little originality to your wardrobe. With that being said, I decided to show off my latest DIY project, the acid wash denim jacket. To clarify, I purchased the jacket from H&M for $20. With the help of my handy dandy spray bottle, a lot of bleach, and some water, I was able to create this retro looking effect. Looks good, right? The jacket looks amazing when worn with a pair of denim jeans, as shown above. I further styled my look with a longline sweater and suede chelsea boots. Outfit of the Week
Jacket: Adidas | Shirt: Hanes | Jeans: AG | Sneakers: Vans

As you can see, this outfit is the epitome of spring layering. The retro inspired jacket can be worn on a sunny or gloomy day. Just in case it get’s a little warm, you can always tie the shirt around your waist for that 90s skater look. Plus, the brightly colored t-shirt looks good with or without any accessory. To top it off, check out these shiny, old school slip-on Vans sneakers. They are really futuristic looking, right? So, how do you feel about this particular look? WIWT: Oversized T-Shirt

In the world of fashion and style, every trend finds a way to resurface eventually. In this particular case, the overisze or baggy trend has made a major comeback into mainstream fashion in 2017. With that being said, I put my styling skills to some good use with this oversized drawcord t-shirt from ASOS. With cut-off sleeves at the elbow, this tee looks great when worn with a pair of elastic waist chinos from Urban Outfitters. When your pants are a little long, don’t forget to cuff the bottom. Since I have on a pair of “Old Skool” Vans, a pinroll cuff allows me to show off my sneakers and ankles. So, do you plan on rocking the baggy look this season? So, this is about to be the summer of printed shirts and board shorts, and I’m here for all of it! Today, I put this little outfit together, mainly inspired by all those cool Saturday Morning teen shows from the 90s. This look consists of a hawaiian shirt, khaki shorts, and a pair of low top Vans.
