From the time I was a little boy, my dad spent most of his free-time coaching sports. That was his hobby, and he knew how to dress the part. Every weekend, you could be on him leaving the house wearing a color coordinated track suit with matching sneakers. His name was even embroidered on the jacket. Fancy, right? Now that I have a greater appreciation for athletic and leisurewear, I have invested in a few track jackets myself (Don’t tell him I told you). Coaching was never my thing, but fashion is right up my alley. So, when you get a chance, feel free and comment on this track coach inspired outfit 🙂 .

Now that Spring temps are on the way, it’s time to rock some of our favorite lightweight pieces. If you are like me and have a thing for army inspired clothing, opt for a fully padded utility vest. Lay it over a simple t-shirt and cargo shorts for a classic look. I’m looking straight out of a 90s movie. Clueless anyone!? So, how do you feel about this particular look? The versatility of khaki suit is undeniable! You can dress it up with a neck tie and collar shirt, or keep it simple with a t-shirt and sneakers. Since I haven’t thrown on a tailored suit in a while, I decided to dress it up with my favorite bolo tie, dress shirt, and loafers. I’m giving you a little James Bond tease. Speaking of Bond, I can’t wait for No Time to Die. It’s Daniel Craig’s last go around as Bond, so hopefully he will don his infamous khaki suit at the oceanfront for a grand final.
