If there are two things I love to talk about it’s shoes and hair!  As you know, I have a soft spot for Chucks and Vans. They’re my favorite, and I alternate between the two quite often. On the flip side, I’ve been rocking my afro for a couple of years now, and I’ve seen a lot of progress. Just last year, I could barely see my curls dangling over my forehead. Now, I have to use a headband to keep them out my eyes. That, my friend, is called growth (In my Kelly from Insecure voice). With all this chit chat about sneakers and natural hair, I decided to rock my Kicks & Fros tee! Last week, I went to the thrift store and found this geometric print button-down in the women’s section. Women’s section?! Yes, and I’m not exaggerating. You can find a few androgynous pieces on either side of the store. Luckily, this shirt fits perfectly, despite being a little larger than usual. Guess what? It’s my Birthday month! Today, I’m channeling my inner Leo with this orange, white, and red color-block t-shirt from ASOS. It’s oversized and cozy, which is the perfect top to pair with denim shorts, as shove above. Rather than wearing shoes, I went with these metallic, double strap sandals. Fun, right?
