How to Thrift an Entire Outfit Part 2

March 21, 2022

Hey everyone! I’m kicking off the week with another fit from the “How to Thrift an Entire Outfit” for winter.

This is a very layered look, including a cropped sweater, dress shirt, and slacks. Lets take a closer look in full detail below:

OUTFIT #2

Cropped Sweater

Stay cozy, warm, and stylish in your favorite ribbed sweater. I found this one at the Goodwill for under $7 bucks! Such a great deal! Plus, I cropped it myself.

Dress Shirt

My dress shirts are usually more slim fit, but I opted for a larger size for length purposes. I wanted the dress shirt to elongate my torso even more. Luckily, I found this one randomly handing in the wrong section.

Pants

I haven’t come across too many pants that are a perfectly snug in the waist, but these are a different story. The point here is this: When you find the perfect fit in the thrift store, make the purchase. These pants were donated to me specifically or that’s what I tell myself. Whatever the case may be, I’ve been rocking with them ever since.

Peace,

Hey everyone! I haven’t done one of these in a while. So, lets finish out these winter looks with a new “How to Thrift an Entire Outfit” guide. That said, check out the first outfit below:

OUTFIT #1

Suit Jacket

Long coats are super important for both winter and spring. I found this one at my local Goodwill for $8. Its been hanging in my closet for over a year now, and this was the perfect time to get some good use out of it.

T-Shirt

You always need a good crew neck. This simple, black tee was purchased for $3 bucks at Goodwill.

Joggers

Guess what? These are children’s joggers. Surprise! I found these sweats hanging in the adult section, and didn’t realize they were in the wrong section until reading the tag. Luckily, they fit perfectly (I was really worried about the length).

Adios,
