Guess what? The tie dye trend is back again this summer, and it looks like it’s here to stay for a while. Here I decided to style my thrifted tie dye shirt with a pair of DIY distressed jeans. Tucked in or out, this shirt is an easy transition from 70s to 90s apparel. With the checkered low top vans, you are sure to step out in the crowd. Let’s also not forget to mention the ever so trendy shoe lace belt. Shoe lace belt? Yes! It’s another DIY trick I saw on Pinterest. So, how do you feel about this particular look? Events: Washington Lake Park Wine Festival

Yesterday, my friends and I decided to take a trip down to Sewell, NJ for the annual Washington Lake Park Wine Festival. As a self proclaimed wine-o, this is my fourth year attending this event, and it gets better every time! This year, my friend Whitney, decided to bring in her 31st Birthday on the right note with a few decorations and her favorite, Veuve Clicquot champagne. No, we are not at the infamous Polo Classic, but that’s how Whitney wanted to bring in her special day. That being said, we had a great time fellow shipping with all the New Jersey wineries. No, these are not boxers, and yes, I am quite aware my entire thigh is showing. Even better, it’s my first summer post. So, why should I shy away from showing a little skin? Haha, just kidding! Seriously though, this is my first summer post of the season, and my pool is officially open. Today, I decided to rock these faux leather, swim trunks from ASOS. Now, I’ve never worn faux leather in the pool, but these shorts are very summer appropriate. Made of a light weight material, these trunks look great with a tank or tee. Here I decided to rock my swim trunks with my latest Caliborn graphic tee. This particular shirt can be purchased exclusively on the Caliborn website here. Trend alert! I found these very trendy striped drawstring pants on Forever21’s website last month, and could not wait to wear them! In terms of versatility, the options are pretty endless. Most of your favorite IG models have been rocking their stripes with little to no clothing. So, I decided to join on the fun. Today, I styled my drawstring pants with a black, sheer top from ASOS. Although this top is not completely see through, you can definitely see a silhouette of my torso area. For a little pop of color, I threw on my new summer ready, Vans sneakers.
