WIWT: Oversized T-Shirt

What I’m Wearing
T-Shirt: ASOS| Chinos: Urban Outfitters| Sneakers: Vans

In the world of fashion and style, every trend finds a way to resurface eventually. In this particular case, the overisze or baggy trend has made a major comeback into mainstream fashion in 2017. With that being said, I put my styling skills to some good use with this oversized drawcord t-shirt from ASOS. With cut-off sleeves at the elbow, this tee looks great when worn with a pair of elastic waist chinos from Urban Outfitters. When your pants are a little long, don’t forget to cuff the bottom. Since I have on a pair of “Old Skool” Vans, a pinroll cuff allows me to show off my sneakers and ankles. So, do you plan on rocking the baggy look this season? Outfit of the Week
Shirt: Rosegal | Shorts: Vans | Sneakers: Vans

So, this is about to be the summer of printed shirts and board shorts, and I’m here for all of it! Today, I put this little outfit together, mainly inspired by all those cool Saturday Morning teen shows from the 90s.  This look consists of a hawaiian shirt, khaki shorts, and a pair of low top Vans. Dope, right? So, how do you feel about this particular look? Feel free to share in the comments section below!

Last weekend, I happened to stumble across this British television show on Netflix called “Chewing Gum.” Since I have a soft spot for everything UK related, I fell in love with the series instantly! Not only was I mesmerized by the amazing character development and great story-lines, but I also fell in love with the soundtrack as well. With that being said, I put this little playlist together in honor of all the great tunes from the show.

  1. “Dangerous,” Roy Woods
  2. “Busy Earnin’,” Jungle
  3. “Put It On Me,” Ja Rule
  4. “Lapdance,” N.E.R.D.
  5. “Creep,” TLC
  6. “Doing It,” Charli XCX
  7. “The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly),” Missy Elliott
  8. “Woohoo,” Eli Paperboy Reed
  9. “DJ Turn It Up,” Yellow Claw
  10. “House Work,” Jax Jones
  11. “Yo Babes,” Shakka
  12. “Chill Out,” RAY BLK
  13. “Lose Yourself,” Major Lazer

Secondhand Sunday

What I’m Wearing
Shirt: Goodwill | Jeans: ASOS | Shoes: ASOS

Happy Sunday everyone! Today, I’m back with another Secondhand Sunday post. As shown above, I decided to step out in this thrifted printed shirt from my local Goodwill. Since it’s rather large in size, I decided to tuck the shirt inside my distressed jeans for a more tailored look. Also, have you noticed the mandarin collar? The shirt’s original collar was a little too large for my personal liking. With a few simple snips, I created this mandarin collar with my handy scissors. So, how do you feel about this particular look? Feel free to share in the comments section below.

Catch you later,
